Private pay fee $165 for a 53+ minute individual therapy session. Discounted rates available on a case by case upon request.

Your first session is an intake assessment. I’ll ask questions about your current symptoms and challenges, health, past experiences, and what you want to achieve in therapy.
This session helps us build a strong foundation.
If you’re using insurance, I’ll make an initial diagnosis during this session, which may be updated later as we continue.

It depends. Most clients feel some relief pretty quickly, especially if they’ve been bottling things up for a while.
If you’re looking for real, lasting changes, plan to commit to three to six months. Some clients feel ready to move on after that, while others prefer ongoing support.
Many clients stick around for 12 months or more, but it’s entirely up to you.
